Specialist - Sales Planning
The world's fastest growing premium sports brand is looking for a Sales Planning Specialist to own, manage and analyse in-season B2B partner performance, highlighting potential sales opportunities and risks based on consumer demand. This is an opportunity to work cross functionally, collaborating and coordinating order management with sales and operations to ensure account sell through is maximised, quarterly sales objectives and GTM strategies are achieved
- Focus on DACH and South European Markets
- Build and maintain weekly sell-out dashboards for Key Accounts: - review category/vertical performance against targets - analyze stock levels and weeks cover - review distribution on product level - drive Re-orders and monitor seasonal sell-thru - actions for optimizing sales and stock stock turn (NOS / Marketing / Slow sellers strategy)
- Specialise in managing consignment accounts
- Drive Bookings review meetings to identifying, risks, misses and opportunities.?
- Monitor RvT’s and returns across business and support Sales Planner with updated forecasts
- Update end of season closing stock forecasts on Key Accounts and support KAMs on seasonal planning
- Prepare Quarterly Reports / End of Season presentation providing an overview of sell-out data per account to present to the Senior Management, Sales, Product and Marketing teams
- Prepare sell-out reports analysing sales uplifts after key marketing initiatives and provide for Sales and Marketing Teams
- Work closely with the Sales, Demand Planning, Merchandising and Operations functions to develop pre-season and in-season strategies to include merchandise assortments, segmentation, promotions, markdowns, and returns to optimize business results
- Support monthly financial planning for Key Accounts and overall sub-regions within EMEA
- Drive best practice to ensure forecasts are both accurate and align with wider account context
