Patient Engagement Operations Lead for EEMEA (M/D/F) 100%

We have a new role for a Patient Engagement Operations Lead for EEMEA who can be based in multiple locations across the region. The Patient Engagement Operations Lead for EEMEA Region is responsible for planning and executing patient engagement operations and processes in the Middle East and Africa (including Israel and Turkiye). In this role, the lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end processes related to project execution and delivery, including compliance, alignment, legal approvals, monitoring, procurement, tracking, payment, and execution. The lead will also play a crucial role in managing all internal processes from vendor selection to contracting and organizing meetings with agenda setting and summary sending.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Oversee and manage the end-to-end processes of project execution and delivery. 
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, and facilitate necessary legal approvals. 
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders, project teams, and departments. 
  4. Establish monitoring mechanisms to track project progress and performance and implement mitigation actions on identified risks. 
  5. Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, evaluation, and contract negotiation, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and policies. 
  6. Oversee financial aspects of project execution, including budget management, payment processing, and expense tracking. 
  7. Develop and deploy standardized procedures and workflows for internal processes related to vendor selection, contracting, and project activities. 
  8. Organize meetings, including setting agendas, scheduling, coordinating attendees, and sending meeting summaries or action plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project execution and delivery, with a strong track record of successful project completions. 
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements, legal approvals, and procurement processes. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
