Aufgaben
- Enter payroll data in a timely manner to ensure complete payroll processing
- Update as well as organize systems to manage payroll data
- Maintain payroll records and files
- Prepare and organize financial statements for filing and audit in a supportive manner
- Assist in training new employees on payroll and set up information and accounts for new employees
- Contact person for all payroll related questions
- Proper account management for employee changes and conversions
- Maintain detailed records for taxes and audits and assist in the preparation of monthly reports
- Comply with internal company policies
Qualifikationen
- Degree in accounting, business, finance or similar and at least 2 years of work experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of Workday and Excel - TMF Horizon, Abacus, Power BI, Concur are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and any other language an advantage
