Your contribution to KPMG

• Coordinate and manage internal strategic projects in the responsibility of the COO with regards to overall planning, time management, scope management, financial management etc.
• Support the project managers and the entire project team with project management skills and PMO expertise
• Monitor project reporting and assist project team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders and prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership
• Plan, prepare and support decision meeting and document meeting results
• Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained
• Manage and compile project related financial and KPI information
• Define and align project management, governance and PMO standards and establish these frameworks for program and project management for all COO strategic projects
• Support the Organizational Change Management stream with your expertise

This is what makes you successful

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in the field of project management and as a strategic or operational PMO
• Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects at the same time
• Track record in designing and conducting workshops
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with all levels of hierarchy
• Very structured and organized way of working with an intrinsic motivation to get things done
• Experience in Azure DevOps as an agile tool and basic knowledge as well as first experience in Organizational Change Management are a plus
• Proficient German and English skills
