Skills and attributes for success
- Degree (BA, MA, PhD) in Business Informatics, Data Engineering, Economics or Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
- Initial practical experience in the Finance and/or Insurance/Banking environment (accounting, closing, consolidation, reporting and budgeting/ forecast) and understanding of finance systems
- Strong analytical, solution-oriented and curious mindset
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high performance standards
- A good understanding of the underlying IT systems in the Finance function, evaluation of IT architectures and data models
- Knowledgeable about SAP solutions (S/4 HANA) and/or Cloud services and other Finance solutions providers
- Strong team player and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German, other languages are seen as an asset
