The company is a leader in the special field of sample automation for gas and liquid chromatography. For more than 30 years, our customer has been developing and producing innovative laboratory robots for sample handling. The products are used worldwide in analytical laboratories in a wide range of industries, such as life science, food, environmental analysis, and plastics and petrochemicals. In addition, our customer develops high quality analytical platforms in the IVD field.
Description
- Develop and maintain the Linux operating system for state-of-the-art laboratory robots
- Collaborate on the .NET/C# software platform that controls and interacts with our robots
- Work closely with electronics and other specialists to integrate hardware and software components
- Contribute to the seamless integration of our robots into customer and partner systems worldwide
- Adhere to ISO 13485 and Medical Device Standards to ensure the highest quality and safety
Profile
- Degree or advanced training in computer science or a related field
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and experience in administration and development
- Proficiency in C, C++, Make, CMake, Linux Shell, Python, Yocto, Kernel Modules, U-Boot, Secure Boot, Docker
- Familiarity with .NET/C#, Azure DevOpsBasic knowledge in cybersecurity, cryptography, hardware/electronics
- Written and spoken English skills are essential, German is desired
- Passion for collaborating in a multidisciplinary team on mechatronic systems for analytical chemistry
