Our client is a global leader in power transmission and distribution systems. At their site, they develop and manufacture advanced systems for electrical energy transmission and distribution, using the latest development tools and methods to ensure high reliability.

They are looking for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager for one of their factory. You will lead a team of HSE professionals and specialists, implementing safety regulations, investigating incidents, and supporting employees with the supply system. As a member of the factory's management team, you will ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards while driving initiatives to improve sustainability metrics.

• Promote and ensure compliance with regulations, implement and monitor policies, and standards (ISO14001, ISO45001)
• Prepare and coordinate regular management reviews, track annual objectives, and define improvement measures
• Lead, motivate, and develop a local HSE team of three
• Drive change through the implementation of organization-wide performance improvement programs, practices, and training
• Ensure application of the HSE risk assessment methodology and risk reduction measures
• Report and investigate HSE incidents, provide feedback, and implement improvements
• Support the internal community in supply and environmental issues, share your passion for sustainability, and implement sustainability-related projects to achieve their Sustainability Goals 2030

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational safety and health or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in HSE management, preferably in an industrial environment and in Switzerland
• Additional qualification as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection is a plus
• Team and solution-oriented approach with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in German and English
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Practical experience in developing and managing security systems, with the ability to develop solutions to complex security issues
