We are looking for a laboratory assistant to support our plant cell culture team. You will be responsible for the handling and maintenance of plant cell cultures in our R&D laboratory. You will perform, document, analyze and report on the cell line maintenance and experiments independently as an integral part of a team.

Your tasks:
- Maintenance of plant cell cultures from various species
- Preparation of cell culture media
- Quality control of cell lines and culture media
- Creating documents for standard operating procedures
- Organization of orders with external service providers
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment
Your qualifications:
- Finished technical apprenticeship ideally in Biology or equivalent qualification
- Experience with sterile working techniques is a plus
- Experience in handling of plant cell cultures is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and excellent organizational skills
- Team player and willing to learn new skills
