- You actively support our team in auditing various topics from planning through execution to reporting at our internal audit clients locally and abroad.
- You contribute to the development and optimization of business processes, governance, risk management and internal controls of our clients.
- You will support our team in helping our internal audit clients to transform their function becoming more agile & modern.
- You will continuously develop your technical know-how and your soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training and acquire in-depth knowledge of a wide range of clients.
- You work in a diverse team in an international network and receive regular feedback from colleagues.
- You have a university degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences with a specialization in business administration.
- Previous working experience in the insurance sector and/or audit is a plus.
- You have a quick grasp and a flair for analytical thinking, especially with regards to the connection of business topics and business processes.
- You have a high willingness to learn and develop professionally and personally, you have a convincing demeanor and you have excellent communication skills.
- You are motivated, team, client and goal-oriented and want to take on responsibility from the start and work in an environment with an active coaching and feedback culture.
- You are fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
