Corporate Project & Strategy Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated colleague to support our top executive team in various high-impact areas including corporate project management, strategy & business development and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a solid foundation in corporate finance and strategic planning, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Contribute to the development of the long-term corporate strategy and coordinating the strategy process within the top executives.
Leading strategic projects, coordinating interdisciplinary projects, and global special topics.
Project management of M&A and transaction projects for the group.
Conduct financial due diligences.
Reviewing internal investment projects and business cases
Creating presentations, reports, and analyses as a basis for management decisions as well as presenting to national and international committees
Market observation and trend analysis
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in corporate project management, strategy development, and M&A.
Advanced knowledge in strategic frameworks, business development, and/or market observation.
High affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
