- Competent and independent support to our customers by email and telephone
- Coordination, scheduling and monitoring of global sea transports (import and export as well as Cross Trade, FCL and LCL)
- Processing special cases and special requests
- Troubleshooting in the day-to-day business
- Coordination of tasks between various departments and offices in order to achieve a smooth shipment process
You should bring along the following knowledge and experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in sea freight logistics
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar, specializing in forwarding and/or logistics
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written and least one additional language, French or German would be a big plus.
You should possess:
- High level of service orientation and a strong attention to details
- Flexibility, resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Good teamwork spirit
