For one of our clients in the Defense industry are we looking for experienced Project Manager. You have an Engineering background, and experience in working in international cross functional R&D projects. This client is for a German speaking:

• Project management of convoluted agile, cross-functional product development projects
• Coordination and communication within the group and international partners
• Review, and proactive risk management of projects
• Control and report to board
• Implement new project management methods and processes
• Project leadership, coaching of project members

• MSc. or PhD in Engineering, with a broad perspective. Project Management certificate is beneficial
• 3+ years of experience in the role of international Project Management of R&D Teams
• Experience with Agile, and waterfall project methods
• Strong communication skills in both German & English

• Home-Office: 2 days a week
• Percentage: 100%
• Location: Ostschweiz
• Start: To be discussed
