Your contribution to KPMG
- Advise clients on sustainability topics, with a focus on risk and quantitative modelling, in a challenging and rapidly changing environment.
- Help businesses, particularly in the financial services sector with their sustainability risk identification and risk management processes.
- Build, validate or run models in the sustainability area, such as scenario analysis.
- Assist our clients with decarbonization, from baseline validation to metrics and target setting, to decarbonization levers and monitoring.
- Put your talents to use and drive innovation, including new tools and methodology for our offerings.
This is what makes you successful
- Master's or Bachelor's degree and strong academic record in Finance, Economics or a quantitative discipline.
- At least 3 years of financial services industry experience, including exposure to risk and quantitative modelling topics, and a good understanding of key sustainability issues for financial institutions.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing in English. Fluency in German and/or French is a significant advantage.
- Strong drive to gain experience in the financial services industry and consulting and to work in an international environment.
- A passion for sustainability and helping the Swiss financial sector to transition.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to develop new business ideas and services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization.
