Product Owner / Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Product Owner Assistant ready to join our Product Owner (PO) team. This role is integral to our Scrum Agile methodology, working closely with our R&D team, sales team, and customers to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Liaise with the sales and support colleagues to understand market demands and ensure our products meet these needs.
- Conduct interviews and customer visits to collect feedback, ensuring that the collected needs reflect the majority of our customer base.
- Collaborate with architects to integrate technical upgrades and refactoring to avoid any technical debt
- Work closely with field technicians and onboarding specialists to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Work alongside our R&D team to understand and execute PO tasks within the Scrum Agile framework.
- Analyze and document customer requirements, transforming them into actionable items for the development team.
- Work with graphic designer to validate the user interfaces before development
- Backlog Management: Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Leading role to fill and update the customer portal and user guides
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, including developers, sales, support teams, and customers.
- Update project plan and product roadmap
- Identify and handle project risks
- Keep track of the Agile Scrum KPIs
- Generate reports on team performances and issues for the management.
- Strong analytical skills

- Good knowledge of graphical design software such as Adobe XD or Figma
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software suit (Teams, Word, Sharepoint, Planner, Forms, …).
- Solid Excel skills to perform analysis and provide advanced reports.
- Good understanding on how a cloud-based software is designed
- Able to write SQL or similar languages such as NoSQL queries
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred
- Previous experience in a product ownership role, or experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the software industry
