For one of our client based in Hölstein, we are looking for a
ICT Supporter DE/EN (M/W)
Missions:
You are the contact person for demanding first and second level ICT support, whether remotely, by telephone, e-mail or on site.
Creating and maintaining documentation, instructions and checklists Active involvement in IT projects.
You provide workstation systems and mobile devices.
You install and maintain the business software.
You take care of the maintenance of servers, clients, network and firewall components.
You receive and resolve enquiries about hardware, software, network and communication faults by phone and email.
You work closely with server and network experts as well as external partners in third-level support.
Profile:
You have a sound IT education (e.g. computer scientist specialising in systems engineering, ICT specialist or similar)
Affinity with networks
As a committed team player, you keep a cool head even in hectic situations and work in a solution-orientated manner.
You have 3-5 years of professional experience as an ICT supporter
You speak German and English
