Head of Retail Development
missions
- Develop and implement a top-tier retail strategy for international markets to maximize sales growth and market penetration of our luxury watches
- Lead an international team of retail managers to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets on a global scale
- Identify with the local Brand Manager market opportunities and develop expansion plans in new international markets, considering culture, trends, and competition, group and brand strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with select retail partners and distributors to strengthen our brand presence and maximize sales opportunities worldwide
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to effectively measure the success of the global retail strategy
- Analize KPI, Headcounts needs and propose actions
- Develop with Marketing international a retail strategy in term of activations of the boutiques especially after the openings
- Follow up with the Boutiques on the retail operation strategy in term of security procedures, how to merchandise, sell, present, etc.
- Prepare and follow up all Corporate Boutique and SIS future projects through the SG guideline for the retail committee with LNR and CER
- Monitor the RMIS information
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Several years of experience in international retail, preferably in the luxury watches industry
- Proven track record in developing and implementing retail strategies and building and leading international teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with retail partners
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous
