Description and Requirements
We are hiring a recent college graduate to join Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) as an Associate Product Manager. The target start date will be Spring 2025. This role is based in Morrisville, NC. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office per week.
This position will support an experienced Product Manager to support delivery and market enablement for the next generation of high performance All Flash storage solutions. The position will learn the Lenovo Integrated Product Delivery process, develop deep industry knowledge of enterprise storage hardware and software, and build differentiated marketing and sales enablement. Lenovo is built on strong collaboration and this position will collaborate closely with external partners and diverse internal teams to drive thought leadership in Lenovo products and to evangelize customer value to our sellers, partners and customers.
This position is designed to develop the next business leader who can excel in strategy, product management, business management, and story-telling excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Develop deep understanding via primary and secondary market research of the storage business and customer requirements
* Operational execution to drive product requirements and product delivery
* Develop core positioning and messaging for Lenovo Storage
* Deliver impactful marketing and sales enablement with the marketing teams.
* Business case analysis
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
* Previous internship experience preferably in Product Marketing
* Analytical skills and strong business logic
* Creative problem-solving skills and ability to achieve win/win results
* Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environments
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Collaboration, and analytic tools
