MGI is searching for a :

Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with strong scripting skills and expertise in managing Oracle Data Guard, Pluggable Databases (PDBs), and Oracle RAC.
Familiarity with Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) and Oracle GoldenGate is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
-Experience on Oracle Database Appliance ODA
-Autonomy on Oracle on securing Oracle data (Transparent Data Encryption and Oracle Native Encryption)
-Knowledge of Oracle Key Vault
-Able to manage encryption keys including backups, rekeys
-Management of cloning of encrypted databases
-High availability of PDBS with encryption
-Backup of encrypted databases with RMAN and DataPump
-Knowledge of Data Guard would be a plus
-Knowledge of Oracle database scanning tools (DBSAT, Data Safe or others)

Qualifications:
• Min 7 years of experience.
• Proven experience as an Oracle DBA, with a focus on Oracle Data Guard and Pluggable Databases.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, Bash, or Python for database automation.
• Familiarity with Oracle ODA.
• Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) and Oracle GoldenGate is a plus.
• Strong understanding of database security, backup/recovery, and performance tuning best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
