Tasks:
- Perform quality control and processing of bioinformatics pipelines and report findings.
- Analyze and explore data to address translational research questions.
- Integrate and explore multi-omics public datasets to enable meta-analysis.
- Develop Shiny or Dash applications for data visualization.
- Ensure reproducible coding practices and maintain detailed documentation.
Qualifications:
- MSc with at least 2 years of experience or a PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
- Experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data processing.
- Preferred: Experience in genomics/transcriptomics data processing (such as patient cfDNA analysis and scRNAseq).
- Strong programming skills in R or Python.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing Shiny or Dash applications.
- Familiarity with additional bioinformatics tools and databases.
