Metrology Process Engineer
Job Description:
- Implement the startup of new/existing projects/production jobs, optimizing efficiency and quality
- Establish and ensure process control and maintains appropriate documentation
- Maintenance and control of metrology measurement tools
- Establish processes for new product lines; document product development and changes; evaluate new product performance
- Analysis and formatting of measures
- Creation and management of metrology reports
- Maintenance and control of metrology measurement tools
- Troubleshoot problems associated with processes, and assist in resolving quality issues
Job Qualification
- HES - EPF Bachelor / Technician in Microtechnology
- Excellent communications skills, self-motivated and flexible
- Meticulous and methodical
- Ability to work as an effective team player who is proactive and takes initiative (problem solving)
- Microsoft Office skills (Word / Excel / Outlook)
- Good knowledge in the market of optical material and coating layers a strong plus
