HR Specialist in Kaiseraugst
- Operational and tactical support for some key business projects
- Compilation and analysis of (personnel) data
- Collaborating with (global) HR Business Partnersto influencekey stakeholders
- Creating presentations, primarily for business prospects
- Developing shared agendas and conducting change management activities
- Supporting regional/global HR Business Partners Through consulting and assistance
- Wide range of tasks in the HR field, in line with the ANH HR strategy and annual plan
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices - identifying issues, proposing, developing and implementing solutions
- Advising executives and employees on company policies and practices, promoting self-service and HR shared services/helpdesk
- Conducting and facilitating training sessions for employees and executives on personnel solutions and processes
- Ensuring HR operations, primarily related to information and data
Do you match what we are looking for?
- Ideally, you have a Master's of Bachelor's degree inone of these areas (HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences)
- 3-5 years of experience in general HR functions, preferably in a multinational company with a similar operating model
- Fluent in English, both orally and writing
- Proactive and reliable
- Strong in the analysis of (personnel) data, proficient in Excel and other digital tools
