Design and develop statistical analysis plans for clinical trials, including sample size calculation, randomization, and interim analysis
Perform statistical analysis and interpretation of clinical trial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines
Collaborate with clinical and project teams to provide statistical input on study design, protocol development, and data management
Prepare and review statistical sections of clinical study reports, publications, and regulatory submissions
Ensure the quality and accuracy of data through robust statistical methods and best practices
Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to biostatistical analysis
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in biostatistics and clinical research to ensure the application of innovative methodologies
Your Profile
Master’s or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a biostatistician in a clinical research setting, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical company
Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python
Strong understanding of clinical trial design, analysis, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, FDA, EMA)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) is a plus
