Talent Access Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced React Developer for one of our esteemed clients based in Geneva. This role is crucial in expanding our client's global analytics team.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interface directly with the business and contribute to the development of a new platform for Identity and Permissions.

Your Role: As a member of the analytics team, located in Geneva, Switzerland, you will:

• Build an exciting new platform for Identity and Permissions.
• Analyze the business and understand the required use-cases for disparate systems, designing optimal solutions.
• Be part of a global team.
• Turn user feedback into actionable design improvements and bug fixes.
• Demonstrate prototypes, collect user requirements, and translate them into seamless UI/UX experiences.
• Implement clean, well-documented, tested, and extensible code to satisfy these requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of JavaScript development experience.
• 2 years of recent experience with React.js, including a thorough understanding of its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Strong understanding of computer science principles.
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean principles.
• Strong proficiency in using modular JavaScript, async patterns, and DOM manipulation.
• Awareness of continuous integration and delivery concepts/technologies.

Additional Information: Qualifications that will help you stand out:

• Experience in GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience in Reactive Extensions (RX) preferred.
• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent field.
• French language skills are an advantage.
