Responsibilities:
- Engagement and Development:
- Provide age-appropriate activities to stimulate cognitive, sensory, and motor skills.
- Encourage exploration and curiosity, introducing the baby to various experiences and new stimuli.
- Support early language and communication development through songs, stories, and interactions.
- Follow the baby’s feeding and nap schedules as established by the parents.
- Diaper changes and assist with maintaining hygiene.
- Prepare and handle bottle feeding, ensuring proper sanitization and handling.
- Take the baby outside daily (weather permitting) to parks or for strolls in nature to promote physical and sensory engagement.
- Provide a safe environment while introducing the child to the world around them.
- Set gentle boundaries, helping the baby begin to understand routines and limits as they grow.
- Respect the family’s approach to parenting and support their educational methods.
- Offer comfort and emotional support while encouraging independence.
- Maintain cleanliness in areas used by the baby, including play areas and feeding spaces.
- Communicate regularly with the parents regarding the child’s needs and any observations.

First Aid Certification:
- Up-to-date infant and child first aid and CPR certification.
Language Skills:
