Job description
To complete our Digital team, MIDO is recruiting an E-commerce Specialist, based in Le Locle.
In this position, you will support the development of MIDO's Ecommerce, marketplace & e-retail business and MIDO's digital marketing activities. You will be responsible for planning and implementing the brand content and the product catalogue in Mido's online shops. Your tasks will be as follows:
- Plan and implement e-merchandising operations in line with marketing and sales strategy
- Update of the master product catalog (data enrichment and product import)
- Activation of products according to the launch schedule
- Update the activation calendar for product and brand online activities
- Monitor stocks and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment
- Coordination of content creation with the marketing team for strategic launches or new features/sections
- Creation of special landing pages and newsletters to support special brand or product activation
- Analyze content performance against engagement and conversion KPIs
- Monitor and optimize brand visibility on e-retail and marketplace channels
- Support and train local markets in their daily operations
- Support the Head of Digital for various analysis and benchmarks

Professional requirements
- 3 years of experience in e-Commerce/Digital Marketing field
- A first experience with Magento Commerce as CMS is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Good understanding of web analytics tools
