Your Role: As the Executive Office Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our global operations and headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. It is a key role and the central communication HUB for our global operations

Your tasks
  • Serving as the primary contact for global B2B clients across 93 countries and Curaden AG Headquarters
  • Managing internal and external global communication
  • Collaborating closely with senior and upper management, providing support with reports, presentations, and more
  • Organizing and coordinating international meetings and events
  • Representing Curaden AG Headquarters at local and international congresses and exhibitions
  • Coordinating and supporting various processes related to international sales, such as pricing, product release, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Managing global partner overviews, training, and administrative tasks
  • Working on projects to enhance existing processes and functions within Curaden AG Headquarters

Your profile
  • A degree in business administration and/or the hospitality industry
  • Near-perfect English proficiency with excellent written and spoken communication skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Highly organized, independent, and a tidy team player
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a dynamic business environment with occasional international travel
  • An excellent communicator with a customer-focused, strong, and dynamic personality
  • Enthusiastic about taking ownership and leading new projects
