As a Communication Manager, you will play a key role in Belimo's global brand communication. With your creative and structured approach, you will ensure a consistent and impactful communication strategy for our target audiences worldwide. You will work closely with our international marketing teams, business units, and external partners, contributing your ideas and expertise to exciting projects.
What You'll Do- Leading and coordinating global branding and communication projects, from concept creation to performance evaluation.
- Developing and implementing a consistent global communication strategy in collaboration with marketing teams worldwide.
- Managing the global social media team and overseeing the global B2B social media strategy.
- Advising business units on communication needs and executing campaigns and initiatives.
- Organizing and supporting regional sponsorship activities and contributing to corporate communication projects (e.g., web publishing, IR publications, sustainability content).
- A degree in communication or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in international B2B companies, ideally with a focus on digital media and content marketing.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- A hands-on mentality with strong self-motivation, teamwork skills, and an independent working style.
- Creativity, precision, and a passion for conveying topics in a straightforward and audience-oriented way.
