In this position you will be responsible of the international reporting and compliance for several subsidiaries and you will provide support for the monthly closing. You will also be asked to assist the Manager on various activities and/or analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of standalone Financial Statements for some international subsidiaries.
• Support in local financial audits/filings and supporting documents preparation.
• Preparation and follow up of financial statements reconciliation between US Gaap and local accounting standards for some international subsidiaries.
• Preparation, booking and follow up of income tax payments (monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Coordination of corporate income tax filings with Corporate US tax team and local consultants.
• Ensure timely reporting/filings.
• Support to monthly closing (multi-ledger bookings, reconciliations…).
• Support on technical accounting topics (ASC842…) and consolidation (IC eliminations).

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in similar function is recommended (experience in Big4 is a plus).
• Accounting degree or commercial diploma.
• Pro-active, organized, motivated and team player.
• Experience working in a US company and multinational environment is preferred.
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written, fluency with other European languages will be a plus.
• At ease with the usual software tools (MS Office, accounting packages …).
