Your tasks:

  • Consulting and selling high-quality devices and systems for dental practices in Switzerland
  • Supporting the target group: private dentists and the existing, very good dealer network of dental trade
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Presenting new product innovations
  • Representing the company at regional and national trade fairs, congresses, and professional training courses
  • Conducting workshops and supporting local sales partners

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant professional experience in advisory sales of dental or related products
  • Identification with the fields of dental hygiene or prophylaxis
  • Education in dental, medical technology, or business administration
  • Knowledge of the regional dental market is highly advantageous
  • Independent, entrepreneurial thinking and acting (strong closing skills)
  • Winning personality experienced in dealing with demanding target groups
  • Quick comprehension and willingness to apply newly acquired knowledge from sales and product training directly
  • Positive, results- and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills, confident demeanour, and great joy in dealing with people
  • Proactive, independent, and meticulous working style
  • True team player
  • Experience with modern CRM systems
  • Very good German and French skills, both written and spoken
  • Good English skills (B2) are a plus
