To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Test Manager. Our mission is for one of our clients, a Private Bank in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

• Your main responsibilities will include specifications, implementation and development of test campaigns; you will also participate in all processes defined previously in the test strategy.
• You will prepare FAT & UAT campaigns and ensure comprehensive test coverage of each release and communicate about all test stages, namely, campaign planning, scope, and logistics. In your daily base will be necessary togenerate various reports on the campaign executionstatus and support the campaign executions.
• You will be responsible as well as for monitoring closely the bug situation and driving for their resolution, at the same time you continuously improve the test campaign process on each iteration.
• You will assist in assessing the quality maturity of the unit and participate in quality improvement projects, at the same time you promote and advocate for a culture of quality.
• You will prepare the quality guidelines and high-level processes and adapt these guidelines and high-level processes to the team reality and build a path toward the quality target.

Your profile and skills:

• You justify a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field;
• You have experience as a Test Manager with experience in IT projects and comprehensive technical understanding of the IT sector;
• You have a solid background in software development and/or knowledge in the banking and financial fields;
• Youare proficient inJira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
• You are familiar with tools such as Bamboo, SonarQube, Git, and/or Kibana;
• Your experience with Jira X-Ray is a definite plus;
• You have good knowledge and experience workingin Agile frameworks (Scrum) and with the BDD methodology;
• You possess a strong aptitude for organizing and leading effective meetings and workshops;
• You are highly organized and structured, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
• You are a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• You speak English and French fluently;
• You are a Swiss resident.
