Responsibilities
- Create label text translations using a translation database and approve the translations regarding study-specific, internal, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor the project schedule, coordinating projects from label text translation to the delivery of labels to the packaging department.
- Ensure effective project management and communication with relevant parties to meet project requirements.
- Advise the responsible project manager on determining the label text in compliance with international regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
- Ensure that GMP quality and safety standards are met in Label Translation according to internal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree and/or at least 2 years of experience in the clinical supplies space (packaging/labeling operations).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a GMP environment.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills.
- Results-oriented.
- Team player.
