• Engage in proactive dialogue with business partners, focusing on large enterprises, to understand and impact their roadmaps and priorities effectively
• Conduct quantitative analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc, to provide data-driven insights for day-to-day decision making
• Perform in-depth analytical investigations, including visualizations, data mining, clustering, and predictive models, to address key business questions
• Collaborate with internal KPI owners to specify and prioritize data requirements accordingly
• Develop clear and concise Tableau dashboards to creatively visualize KPIs and performance metrics
• Support our BI Expert in the Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) project, facilitating employee empowerment through basic analysis execution and training

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital environment
• Bachelor's degree in business with a quantitative focus, computer science, or equivalent
• Curious individual with a passion for data mining, analytics, and a keen interest in data visualization
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment
• Highly detail-oriented
• Proven skills in Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI), preferably using Tableau
• Proficient in SQL; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
• Fluency in German and in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is an asset
