To support our Visual Merchandising Department we are looking for an
Duration: 6 Months
Start: October 2024
As intern for our Visual Merchandising Team, you will gain a fascinating insight into the world of IWC and the Brand Experience. You will be able to enhance your Project Management skills as part of a highly motivated and efficient team. Your creative inputs and hands-on mentality are highly appreciated.
Project management for various topics related to our upcoming new Retail and Wholesale campaigns
Project management of customised displays (from design to implementation)
Create basic & seasonal VM-Guidelines
Writing description labels in Illustrator and have them translated
Maintenance support for our Visual Merchandising evaluation tool Yoobic
Sourcing and ordering of decoration articles
Regular stock checks
Creating orders in SAP
Organizing and following up on transportation orders
General administrative team-support (ordering, invoicing, communication etc.)
Currently enrolled in or completed bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing or equivalent studies
Experienced in Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word, SAP is a plus
Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Hands-on mentality and service-oriented mindset
First experience with visual merchandising is a plus
Good feeling for and an affinity to luxury
Exact, insistent and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details
Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
