The Project Manager Trade Marketing Assets is responsible for the project management, concept-development and global implementation of various trade marketing assets, such as Printed Materials, Visual Assets, Gifts and special packaging. In this role you work with and coordinate different stakeholders such as the Brand Experience Team, IWC Creative Center, external agencies and the marketing-representatives of IWC's global markets. The Project Manager Trade Marketing Assets reports directly to the Associate Director Brand Experience.
Creative brief, management of the creative process, project management, implementation and monitoring of:
Printed Materials (Catalogues, CRM-cards, Stationary)
Visual Watch Assets
Gifts
Special packaging
Project management: Smooth, efficient and profitable project completion on budget and time
Handling of all related topics such as briefing, supplier-negotiation and supplier handling
Order management in collaboration with markets worldwide
Logistical management in collaboration with the internal Logistics Department
360° SAP-handling of Trade Marketing articles: Article-creation and -maintenance, article fact sheets, SharePoint
Bachelor's or master's degree with a major in Business and/or Marketing
Min. 2 years working experience and very pronounced project management-skills and proficiency
Full business proficiency in English
Experience in using SAP
Proactive attitude combined with hands-on mentality and a service-oriented mindset
Exact, insistent and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details
Highly stress-resistant personality that easily communicates in an international environment
