Your tasks:
Coordinating interfaces between various IT processes (e.g., service level management, information security management, availability management, etc.)
Overseeing day-to-day operations related to Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Acting as the operational owner of all IT systems and processes
Serving as a single point of contact (SPOC) for IT in the region
Providing vendor oversight for key IT service vendors
Developing and maintaining IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) processes and plans
Regularly testing and reviewing ITSCM plans for effectiveness
Team management (Local IT Service Desk & End User Engineering team)
Your profile:
Familiarity with ITIL & Agile frameworks
ServiceNow – ITSM including process improvement
M365 products, including Intune
Team management (Leadership, collaboration, coaching & mentoring)
Stake holder management
Fluent English and German in written and spoken (Level B1)
