Help Sunrise achieving Operational Excellence. In this position you will collect valuable insights on processes and behavior, identify improvement potential and actively execute changes to improve customer experience. Furthermore, the entire framework for identifying gaps and executing changes will be improved within the scope of this position.

Tasks:
  • Problem Identification: Based on customer and employee insights clearly define the main problems impeding customer experience and identify necessary projects, initiatives and BAU changes for resolution
  • Program Ownership: Own 1-2 of CX Programs aimed at eliminating operational issues affecting customer satisfaction with a focus on timely, quality and budgetary outcomes
  • Program Delivery Support: Provide full support to Program delivery by providing necessary insights and analysis, conduct required tests and pilots, coordinate involved parties and support at all project stages
  • Employee Empowerment: Explore new ways to empower employees, such as the concept of Customer Rooms, to resolve problems independently
Requirements:
  • Recent Bachelor graduates or currently enrolled Master's students in in Customer Experience, Business Administration, Management, Project Management or related area
  • Experience in implementing change requests and adjusting processes based on feedback
  • Ability to oversee complex programs, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget, while deeply analyzing data to fill gaps and derive accurate conclusions
  • Take initiative and improve processes, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
  • Openness to exploring new methods for enhancing employee independence and problem resolution, with excellent communication skills for articulating program objectives and employee feedback effectively
  • German and English fluent, French and/or Italian are a plus
