As a UX Designer within the Digital B2B team, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences on our website. From lead generation to conversion optimization, your designs will shape the digital journey for our business customers. If you're passionate about creating user-centric designs that elevate online experiences and support complex buying cycles, we want you on our team.
- User Flow and Journey Mapping: Develop detailed maps and diagrams showcasing user paths through the product, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and iterate on eCommerce platform designs. Develop UI components and templates for specific user journeys to streamline the B2B experience.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion rates through strategic UX/UI enhancements. Work closely with teams to drive sales goals through strategic optimization of key website assets, aimed at boosting online orders/leads. This involves conducting user research, analyzing customer behaviors, and continually enhancing user experiences to increase conversions and enhance overall user's satisfaction.
- Information Architecture: Establish a clear information architecture and simple, understandable interaction design, to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure alignment between design goals and technical implementation
- Engage key stakeholders: with clearly articulated UX strategies & tactics, supported by best practices, benchmarks, and testing results, ensuring smooth alignment and buy-in for UX optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably with a focus on B2B platforms and ecommerce.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
- Understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
