Our mission

Regarding the strong development of its Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Sales Executive Mid Market

Role purpose:

As part of a high-performance, dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing customer acquisition for BI Mid market accounts (< 250 M CHF in Sales). 

Business Information Sales Executive - Mid-Market

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

  • Deliver New Business Information Sales to meet individual target.
  • Generate and follow up leads and appointments through own networking and proactive prospecting as well as using Coface marketing resources.
  • Develop interest and awareness within the Swiss Market of Coface; the information packages we have available and to secure profitable business for Coface.
  • Look for opportunities with companies < 250 M CHF in turnover located in in Switzerland.
  • Develop and build a network of introducers and partnerships in order to provide new business leads. Establish close business relationships with prescribers (international brokers), to consolidate our market share in this segment.
  • Work closely with Commercial Management, the Marketing Department in managing leads and feeding back activity results
  • Ensure prospecting, qualification of opportunities with high-level contacts: CFO, Treasury directors, Risk Managers, Procurement, Marketing…
  • Establish close business relationships with prescribers (international brokers), to consolidate our market share in this segment.
  • Convert internal leads and leverage from Coface Trade Credit Insurance team across the Swiss portfolio of Insured clients.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Education :

  • Higher education Degree level (business school or university).

Experience:

  • At least 5 years' experience of working in global sales role with track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Business Information and the mechanics of the products is in asset.
  • Successful track record of selling to Finance Departments of domestic accounts

Competencies:

  • Fluency in German and English; fluency in another language is an asset (French / Italian)
  • Knowledge of the B2B information universe
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good network and a strong ability to develop long term relationships with mid size to large companies and build productive networks.
  • Passion for new customer acquisition
