The Business Process Analyst is the central point of contact for the operational and administrative maintenance and communication of business processes between business units und corporate IT. The Business Process Analyst serves as an interface, partner, and accelerator. In this function, the Business Process Analyst also is responsible for the efficiency, sustainability, consistency, and simplicity of mapping business processes to technical solutions.
To strengthen our Services (SERV) Division Component Engineering and Production (CEP) team we are looking for a
Your daily contribution:
- Responsible for the global production and delivery of all compressor and auxiliary components
- Oversee the global production, ensuring timely and cost-effective manufacturing (including make or buy decisions together with strategic purchasing) while maintaining quality standards
- Responsible for the implementation of the SERV Division strategy to reach our growth targets in accordance with the Mid Range Plan
- Responsible for the establishment of and adherence to global processes that meet customer needs in terms of responsiveness and costs
- Define and monitor operational KPIs to understand and drive the operations performance and provide regular performance reports
- Functional leadership of the global Service Business Operations including disciplinary leadership of the 2 local Service Business Operations in Winterthur, Switzerland and in Troyes, France
- Build, maintain and manage a high-performing team by providing role clarity, continuous feedback, training and career development
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Manufacturing
- 10+ years in leading, growing and developing teams including manufacturing/logistics transformation in a matrix structure
- High degree of communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in coordinating and managing multiple projects and initiatives
- Willingness to travel international (approx. 30%)
- Fluent in English and German
