Training Manager Ophthalmic Devices (f/m/d)
Your Role
Liaise with the global sales force and formulate digital and continuous learning modules and strategies based on information gathered from the field
Ability to develop training concepts based on customer segments, with a strong focus on Ophthalmic imaging (Glaucoma and Retina procedures and workplaces)
Ability to work in teams that evaluate course content, training quality and learning paths, including tests, assessments
Ensure that selling topics are included in the core OdX programms through workshops, digital learning, on demand videos etc.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure that global training materials, courses and programs are updated
Ensure a top – quality training offering through excellent personal delivery of robust training programs through webinars and in a classroom setup
Assist project leads in development of training plans, training content and all materials relevant to Sales and Application training projects
Answer technical questions that come from different departments, such as the Support hotline
Participates in fairs and congresses; presents products at trade fairs and congresses when required
Constantly communicating with customers, other departments and team members in other countries to expand and disseminate knowledge of product acceptance, application trends, customer needs and competitive information
Collects and shares global best practices as well as successful objection handling and continues to develop training on this basis
Supports the QM department in dealing with complaints
Your Profile
Fluent in English, Strong communication skills
Strong application and clinical experience in Fundus imaging as well as Medical ecosystems
Masters degree and 5 years working experience
Self -starter, proactive and creative
Solid sales and customer facing experience specifically in the field of diagnostics and imaging
Experience in training with strong digital and virtual training skills
Proven ability to develop Training concepts for classroom and digital purposes
Must have a solid understanding of sales processes, sales excellence and account management principles
