Our client is a very dynamic globalplayer in Zug. On his behalf we are looking for a dynamic and talented professional
Your Challenge
Customer credit risk management
Pricing and invoicing
Commodity insurance matters
Preparation and execution of contracts for the purchase and sale of different products (crude oil and crude oil products)
Coordination of deliveries of products between suppliers, customers and service providers
Submission and assessment of demurrage claims
Submission and assessment of quality and quantity complaints
Preparation of operational business data for internal reporting and planning purposes
Technical commentary on projects and contract
Responsible for opening and checking out L/C's
Checking out incoming invoices and payments
Responsible for issueing the respective documents
Responsible for the organization of shipments and transports
Responsible for meeting the dealines
Collaboration with Traders, Shipping Companies, Ports, Banks, Customs and other
Control and validate shipping costs incurred during ship's voyages
Day to day operational management of spot and time chartered vessels whereby ensuring the safety and the proper execution of the charter party
Manage commercial follow up of shipping agents and other ship services providers
Monitor performances of vessels and compliance with TCP
Ensure rules and regulations are followed in ports and report any modification with potential impact on operations
Your Qualifications
Bachelor / Master Degree or commercial education
Around 5-10 years of experience in the Shipping Business / Shipping specialist
strong experience in Operations LNG
strong LNG background
very good understanding of TCP
L/C experience
Advanced English skills
Strong organizational skills
A highly flexible and stressresistent teamplayer
Strong communication skills, very precise way of working
Working experience in Switzerland or B permit
