THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
  •  Support the Customer Relationship Management sub-teams in delivering General Public and Group Sales ticketing strategy, requirements management, communication, and customer service solutions
  •  Manage documentation (drafting, reviewing, translating)
  •  Coordinate meetings (booking, minute-taking, note distribution)
  •  Maintain CRM document archives
  •  Facilitate communication among team members and with stakeholders
  •  Perform back-office ticketing system tasks
  •  Participate in benchmarking activities and contribute to ticketing strategy development
  •  Deliver high-quality customer care to General Public and/or Group Sales customers via various channels
  •  Support the creation and distribution of one-to-one and mass communications, as well as ticket sales collaterals, to optimize customer communication, drive sales, and minimize inquiries
  •  Support the gathering and management of customer requirements
  •  Support the definition and implementation of sales channel requirements, including user acceptance testing and reporting
  • Conduct thorough debriefing activities and compile comprehensive debrief documents, including lessons learned.
