Technical Field & Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) 100% - Life Science Reagents

Our portfolio comprises some of the world's most recognized life science suppliers and we offer a wide range of products from Genomics to Proteomics and everything in between. With our experienced and motivated team, we aim to provide an efficient, reliable and professional service to our clients.
To strengthen our sales team, we are recruiting a:
Your Responsibilities:
- Build, expand and cultivate existing and new customer relationships (Academia Zurich & Berne)
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to reach your sales targets
- Generate forecast to drive business decisions effectively
- Present our portfolio of reagents, biospecimens, kits and benchtop instruments to existing and new customers
- Support the sales team in organizing customer visits, providing technical support and preparing quotations
- Organize and execute seminars, exhibitions, webinars and joint customer visits together with our suppliers
- Document your customer interactions and insights in our CRM
Your Skills and Competencies:
- Master or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or a related field
- Proven track record as sales representative in the life science industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (both languages needed)
- Self-motivated, flexible and results-driven personality with a passion for serving customers and driving sales
- In possession of a Swiss driver’s license
- Residence in the Zurich area
We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic personality who enjoys working in a small, motivated team. You like working independently and you enjoy daily contact with our customers. A very good command of English is essential, as communication with most of our customers and suppliers is in English.
