Technical Delivery Manager Description
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to strengthen our Delivery Management Team to drive end-to-end client projects for one of our key clients in Geneva, cooperating closely with our Account Managers and Business Development.

Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, expectations, represent delivery on governance level
- Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks
- Co-ordinate the preparation of client proposals and statements of work
- Run multiple streams of activities and coordinate with client groups in various stages of the lifecycle
- Be accountable for delivery in all aspects – financial, staffing, implementation and business as well as regulatory requirements where present
- Cooperate with your peers, delivery partners, technology consultants, account managers and solution architects
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives. Identify and manage engagement risks and flag serious issues early
- Participate in business development at existing clients and at new prospects. Understand client needs, continuously identifying new opportunities and drive growth of the accounts you are assigned to
- Lead and represent delivery in sales and pre-sales activities until contracting and beyond
- Share knowledge and best practices within the organization and with clients
Requirements
- Experience in leadership positions, such as Solution/Enterprise Architect or Delivery/Program Manager
- Knowledge of designing and implementing large distributed, scalable and reliable solutions, ideally on public cloud platforms
- Proficient in translating architecture into detailed implementation plans for public cloud deployments
- Experience working in consulting or outsourcing Account/Delivery/Project Management
- Experience working with cloud and/or data platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills
- Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies, experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing stakeholders on all levels and successfully driving IT services engagements
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic, dispersed virtual team and to meet deadlines
- Fluent French and English
