Job Description
In this position, you are responsible for various tasks such as:
- Manage the accounts receivable team including training, development and performance management
- Oversee daily operations of the accounts receivable department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports and manage the collection process.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce aged receivables.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and processing of customer payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations i.e. SOX, US GAAP, etc.
- Participate in the company-wide ERP Migration project for the process in scope
- Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration / Finance
- Professional certification e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position/international environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel
- Distinguished ability to work under pressure even in periods of heavy workload and high capacity
