• Participate in product development and continuous improvement projects to enhance product performance and quality
  Collaborate with various product stakeholders to understand customer needs and design specifications, and convert these into detailed test specifications
  Develop test cases, including methodology, setups, materials, procedures, requirements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with product standards
  Develop or acquire the necessary test equipment to measure system performance accurately
  Oversee the commissioning and qualification of test equipment to ensure it meets all necessary standards and specifications
  Create, optimize, introduce, and validate new test methods to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
  Prepare comprehensive testing documentation, including test procedures and detailed step-by-step protocols
  Independently perform and coordinate complex testing activities, support failure mode analysis, conduct root cause investigations, and scout for new verification tools

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from ETH, university, or FH in medical engineering, mechanics, microengineering, or mechatronics
  Proven experience in developing and validating test methods and equipment
  Possess a target-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
  Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
  Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and information sharing
  In-depth knowledge of analyzing test results, including statistical evaluation
  Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is advantageous
  Experience with Matlab and CAD software (Siemens NX) is advantageous
  Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
