Responsibilities :
- Daily cleaning of equipment and material and kitchen facilities
- Assist the chef with the requisitions and storage of kitchen goods
- Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of basic raw material
- Clean machinery and fridges following the HACCP regulations
- Control the good functioning of the kitchen equipment and report
Requirements:
- 2-3 years work experience
- Fluent in French and Good Knowledge in English is a plus
- Patient, organized, and flexible
Swiss Nationality, valid permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
