We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team with immediate effect or by arrangement.

HR Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks
  • You will be responsible for the independent processing of the monthly payroll run and year-end closing for our employees in Switzerland, Poland and Italy, in cooperation with an external payroll company (CloudPay).
  • You will be responsible for entering and maintaining personnel data in our Oracle HCM system, which enables the global mapping of our organization. You will also support processes and procedures relating to annual targets and performance appraisals.
  • You will coordinate entry and exit processes, with employees and leaders whilst supporting the organization and administration of the onboarding program. You manage personnel dossiers and take care of the necessary authorizations
  • Registration and deregistration for social insurance (e.g. AHV, KTG, UVG, FAK, PK) and process changes to personnel master data. You regularly check the monthly and annual statements and remuneration.
  • You are responsible for the supervision of our trainees in the field of chemical and pharmaceutical technology, in close cooperation with our line managers and the apprenticetraining organization.
  • You support employees and line managers with administrative matters, and are available as a contact person for personnel matters.
  • You are the administrator for the Siaxma time recording system and are responsible for monthly reporting to the finance department. 
  • You will prepare references and interim references and support the organization of celebrations for anniversaries and company events. 
  • You will be involved in local, EMEA and global HR projects, e.g. in the area of workforce management or global employee surveys. 
  • In the absence of the HR Manager, you will take over her tasks and ensure the continuous support of our employees.
 Your profile
  • Commercial apprenticeship and corresponding further training in HR (Federal HR Diploma or Payroll Specialist); several years of professional experience in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge of payroll and social insurance in Switzerland and ideally other countries
  • Experience with HR software systems, ideally Oracle HCM and CloudPay
  • Independent, structured and service-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, other languages such as Italian or French are an advantage
