As a Specialist Planning Processes & Systems Support you ensure that our processes and platforms are aligned with business needs. Focusing on planning and PMO engineering, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop methodologies, reporting systems and scalable tools. Additionally, you will oversee systems like SharePoint, Power BI, and Manufacturing Planning Tools, driving automation to increase efficiency. • Process Innovation: Lead the development of intuitive, agile, and scalable tools that enhance our planning processes
• Technical Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for end-users, offering support and training to ensure seamless system use and data management
• Development expertise: Develop business solutions using VBA, Office 365 Power Suites, Integrated Reports with PowerBI, queries and automations with SAP. Administrate a hub and collection of SharePoint online sites.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with IT and external software providers deliver cutting-edge solutions, and contribute to the digital transformation of our key enterprise toolsets like SAP S/4, Salesforce, and Team Center
• Data Governance: Manage and maintain master data and business data, acting as key driver to continuously improve our planning standards and support project execution.
• Automation & Efficiency: Drive the development of automated solutions to streamline processes and eliminate less-value-adding tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a background in information technologies, business intelligence, programming and data analysis
• Strong track-record in managing business solutions, master data management and processes in a global matrix organization
• Ability to conceptualize, develop and implement business processes as well as related tools
• Sound coding skills in the context of developing custom solutions (VB, VBA, DAX, M), knowledge of SQL, Power BI and MS Power Apps
• Strong understanding for ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven
• Collaborative team player with a creative and innovative mindset
