Team Mandalorians cares about traffic acquisition through SEO and email marketing. As the new Armorer (aka Architect) you are responsible for a clean and sustainable architecture. You handle technical debts sensible and maintain regular exchanges with other architects on domain boundaries and interfaces. As you work hands-on in the team on the latest features, you also help to refine agile processes. You also drive innovation and shape your domain with a high amount of autonomy.

Software Architect (f/m/d)
Your responsibilities
- You take on the technical responsibility (architecture, technical debts) for the successful execution of challenging software projects and support the Solution Architects.
- You coach the software engineers and have the social skills necessary to communicate complex content and concepts clearly.
- You are heavily involved in co-developing and assisting in the effective and efficient implementation of features. You place a high value on clean code, sustainable architecture, and adequate test coverage.
- You work closely with the Domain Architect to enhance your skills, adopt the latest technologies, and identify weaknesses in the architecture.
- You optimize our backend systems for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- You troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire application stack and monitor system performance, health, and security.
- You thrive in an open feedback, blameless environment and contribute to our pair programming culture.
Your skills
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (ETH/UNI/FH) or equivalent professional experience.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in software development. Additionally, you have at least 2 years of experience in the role of a software architect, where you have implemented complex solutions including microservices.
- You have excellent knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework or a similar technology.
- Experience with RESTful API design, database management systems (MongoDB), familiarity with GraphQL is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proactive mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Demonstrating the courage to take risks and act on convictions under uncertainty.
- Utilizing emotional intelligence to foster people-centered approaches.
- English proficiency is a must, good language skills in German (B2 or higher) are desirable.
